Brette Richardson - Loan Department Administrative Professional

We are proud to welcome Brette Richardson to the team as Loan Department Administrative Professional. In this role, Brette provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the bank’s executive leadership team.

Her position plays an important role in helping the Loan Department operate efficiently each day. From coordinating administrative tasks and supporting executive effectiveness to handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion, Brette helps ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

Brette’s background in customer service and administration makes her a natural fit for the position.

Brette’s professional journey began in banking while she was still in high school, working as a teller and gaining early experience in customer service and financial operations.

After graduating from college, she transitioned into the legal field, joining Allen and Rector as a paralegal in family law and estate planning. Her time there allowed her to build valuable experience working with detailed documentation and clients navigating important life decisions.

She later stepped away from her career for eight years to stay home and raise her children before returning to the workforce. Prior to joining Heritage Bank, Brette also worked for the city of Lebanon, continuing her focus on serving and supporting others through public-facing roles.

No matter the position, one thing has remained consistent throughout her career.

“Making customers feel important and prioritized has always been important to me,” Brette shares.

That commitment to service aligns closely with Heritage Bank’s mission of putting neighbors and community first.

Her role touches many areas of the bank’s operations. Brette helps support communication, organization, scheduling, documentation, and administrative coordination for senior leadership within the lending division.

Her ability to manage details, maintain confidentiality, and keep processes organized helps leadership teams stay focused on strategic priorities and customer relationships.

While many customers may never directly see the work happening behind the scenes, roles like Brette’s are essential to maintaining the level of professionalism, efficiency, and service Heritage Bank strives to provide every day.

Her background in both legal and customer service environments has equipped her with the discretion, professionalism, and adaptability needed to thrive in a fast-paced banking environment.

Outside of work, Brette’s world revolves around her family. She and her husband, Jesse, are raising six children ranging in age from 5 to 19, making life both busy and rewarding.

Whether it’s attending sporting events, spending time outdoors, or coaching her daughter’s volleyball team, Brette enjoys being involved in every season of her children’s lives.

Summer is easily her favorite time of year.

“Sunshine is the best,” she says.

She also proudly considers herself a coffee person and, if given the choice, definitely more of a night owl.

Brette’s passion for people, strong organizational skills, and dedication to making others feel valued make her an excellent addition to the Heritage Bank team.

We are excited to welcome Brette to Heritage Bank and look forward to the impact she will make across our organization and the communities we serve.
