We are proud to welcome Kasey Bleile to the team as our newest Loan Specialist. With a strong foundation in banking, a love for numbers, and a heart for helping people, Kasey brings both skill and personality to a role that keeps the lending process moving smoothly for our customers and lenders alike.

From Teller Line to Loan Specialist

Kasey’s journey into banking started in 2018 as a part-time teller while she was still in college. What began as a job quickly turned into a career path. After graduating, she moved into a full-time teller role in 2020 and then advanced to Loan Assistant in 2022. In 2026, she brought her experience and dedication to Heritage Bank.

Her early love for accounting and working with numbers made lending a natural fit. But beyond the numbers, Kasey discovered something even more important: how much customers rely on accuracy, trust, and attention to detail.

As a Loan Specialist, Kasey plays a critical role in ensuring loans move efficiently from application to closing and beyond. She works behind the scenes and alongside our lenders to keep everything organized, compliant, and on track.

Her responsibilities include:

• Coordinating with borrowers, lenders, and third parties to gather and review required documentation
• Preparing loan renewals, denials, and servicing updates
• Reviewing loan and application documents for accuracy and completeness
• Managing compliance documentation for regulations such as Reg B, Reg Z, RESPA, and more
• Ordering and processing key items like credit reports, flood determinations, and title work
• Supporting the closing process and conducting post-closing reviews to ensure everything is finalized correctly
• Assisting customers directly—whether in person, over the phone, or digitally

Life Beyond the Bank

Outside of work, Kasey enjoys spending time with her husband, Hunter, and her family. Her nephew Keaton (11) and niece Bexleigh (5) hold a special place in her heart and keep life fun and full.

Growing up on a farm gave her a love for the outdoors, and she especially enjoys the long, sunny days of summer. While she appreciates both coffee and tea, she’ll choose tea every time, and don’t expect her to be an early riser. Kasey proudly claims the title of night owl.

When she’s relaxing, you’ll likely find her listening to the New Heights Podcast with the Kelce brothers or catching a game, especially during baseball season, thanks to her husband’s love for the sport.
