We are proud to announce the promotion of Jen Webster to Assistant Vice President – Camdenton Branch Manager. In this role, Jen oversees the daily operations of the Camdenton Branch, supports staff development, and ensures an exceptional experience for every Neighbor who walks through the doors.

Jen exemplifies the Bank’s Core Values of Service, Professionalism, Excellence, and Teamwork. Her leadership focuses on cultivating a strong branch culture where employees are empowered to perform at their highest level while delivering quality, personalized service.

As Assistant Vice President – Camdenton Branch Manager, Jen’s responsibilities include:

• Managing daily branch operations in coordination with the Community President
• Selecting, training, supervising, and evaluating Branch Tellers and Customer Service Representatives
• Conducting performance and compensation reviews for hourly branch staff
• Creating weekly schedules and maintaining the branch calendar
• Reviewing and approving timecards
• Ensuring compliance with bank policies and federal and state regulations
• Completing operational reporting requirements
• Serving as a liaison between branch staff and operational departments at the Main Bank
• Communicating personally with customers to ensure satisfaction and promptly resolve concerns

Most importantly, Jen is committed to creating a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment for both employees and customers — a reflection of Heritage Bank’s Neighbors Serving Neighbors commitment.

Jen’s Banking Journey

Jen’s path to banking began with a strong foundation in bookkeeping and tax services, where she developed the financial and analytical skills that serve her well today. While she valued that experience, she desired a more customer-facing role.

Transitioning into banking allowed her to combine her financial expertise with meaningful client interaction — something she quickly realized she truly enjoys.

“I wanted to be in a role where I could connect more personally with customers,” Jen shares. “Banking has given me the opportunity to build relationships and serve people in ways that truly matter.”

Her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and natural ability to build trust have shaped how she leads and serves.

Beyond Banking

Outside of work, Jen enjoys reading by the pool, gardening, and spending time with her family — along with her three mini dachshunds, Max, Ruby, and Winnie. She’s a self-proclaimed night owl who prefers water over coffee and loves summertime. Currently, she’s rewatching all seasons of Big Brother in her downtime.
